Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the website, content, products, and services offered by The Unstuck Code (owned and operated by Zach de Vaux), located at theunstuckcode.com (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the Service.
The Service is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, the Privacy Policy), and procedures that may be published from time to time by The Unstuck Code (collectively, the “Agreement”).
All content, material, and documentation relating to “The Unstuck Code,” including but not limited to the E-Book, Workbook, the 12-Week Blueprint, all video lessons from the Weekly 90-Minute Zoom Community Workshop, proprietary diagrams, names, phrases (like “Chaos to Dominion” or “The Firmament”), text, graphics, and code, are the sole and exclusive property of The Unstuck Code and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a product or course (such as the E-Book or the 12-Week Blueprint), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The Service includes access to the Private Student Community and may include 3 Personal Individual Calls. By using these features, you agree to the following:
You agree to use the Service, including the Community, only for lawful purposes and to engage with others respectfully. You must not harass, abuse, or post defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.
You shall not use the Private Student Community or any contact information gained through the Service to solicit other users for commercial purposes, including selling your own products, services, or programs.
Any information shared by you during the 3 Personal Individual Calls will be kept confidential by The Unstuck Code, subject to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy (e.g., disclosure required by law). However, you acknowledge that we may use general, anonymized principles or insights gained from coaching for educational purposes (e.g., general case studies).
All payments for courses, E-Books, and coaching services must be made in advance. You agree to pay all fees and charges to your account in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable.
Our policy regarding refunds is as follows: 30-day money-back guarantee but no refunds after access is granted to materials.

The Unstuck Code provides an integrated, holistic system for transformation, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific financial, emotional, or relational results. Your success depends entirely on your personal effort, circumstances, commitment, and the consistency of your application of the principles.
The Service, including all content and information, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Unstuck Code makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the content’s fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
In no event will The Unstuck Code, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; or (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The Unstuck Code reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
