Digital Product and Service Fulfillment Policy for The Unstuck Code

This Fulfillment Policy outlines the delivery process for the digital products and services offered by The Unstuck Code(owned and operated by Zach de Vaux) via theunstuckcode.com.

Upon successful processing of your payment, the following core digital materials are delivered instantly:

  • The Unstuck Code E-Book (PDF format)
  • The Unstuck Code Workbook (PDF format)
  • Access instructions for the 12-Week Blueprint platform (e.g., login details for the member portal).

B. Delivery Method

Access is granted electronically in two ways:

  • Confirmation Page: A link to the member portal will appear on the payment confirmation page immediately following purchase.
  • Email Confirmation: A confirmation email containing login details, access links, and a welcome message will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of purchase.

2. Service Fulfillment (Live Coaching and Community)

A. Weekly 90-Minute Zoom Community Workshop

  • Delivery Schedule: This is a live, recurring group session held at the time designated.
  • Access: Access links for the live workshop are provided within the Private Student Community platform (e.g., Discord, Slack, or dedicated portal). You must join the community to receive the schedule and meeting links.
  • Recordings: Recordings of all workshops will typically be uploaded to the member portal within 24 to 48 hours of the live session.

B. 3 Personal Individual Calls (Coaching)


  • Eligibility: These calls are included with the purchase of The Unstuck Code Workshop.
  • Scheduling: Upon enrollment, you will receive a direct link to our scheduling platform where you can book your calls.
  • Timing: These three calls must be scheduled and completed within 6 months of your purchase date. Any calls not booked or completed within this timeframe will expire.
  • Rescheduling: We require at least  24 hours notice to reschedule a personal call. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of that session.
3. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technical requirements to access the digital products and live services, which include:

 

  • A stable internet connection.
  • Software capable of viewing PDF documents.
  • A device capable of running the Zoom application for live sessions.
